Privacy

Your documents stay yours.

Medical paperwork is intimate. What follows isn’t a policy page — it’s how the app is built, and it changes only when the code does.

Encrypted: Stored encrypted, in private storage. The links your browser gets stop working within a minute.
Only you: Access is enforced by the database itself, not just app code — a bug in a page can’t show your bill to someone else.
One request: Documents are sent to the model to answer that one request, and are not used to train models.
Clean logs: Logs never contain your documents’ contents, your name, your diagnoses, or any amount.

What happens to your documents

Your documents are stored encrypted, in private storage. Nobody can open them with a link alone — the app hands your browser a temporary link that stops working within a minute.
Only you can read your cases. Access is enforced by the database itself, not just by this app's code, so a bug in a page cannot show your bill to someone else.
To read a document, we send it to Anthropic's Claude API. It is used to answer that one request and is not used to train models.
Our logs record that a document was processed — how many pages, how long it took, how many fields need your review. They never contain the contents of your documents, your name, your diagnoses, or any amount.
If you track a deadline, we email you before it. Those emails contain the deadline, the date, and a link — never an amount, a code, a provider, or the name you gave the case. Email is the least private thing this app touches, so it carries the least.
Delete means delete. Deleting a case removes the files from storage and the records from the database — documents, extractions, findings, letters, deadlines, and reminders. It is not a hidden flag, and it is not recoverable.
When the app cannot read something, it tells you so and asks. It never fills in a value it could not actually read from your document.
